im so confused,,how about the mesurements and the cooking procedure????
-
I do not know if this will work for anyone else, but I dropped them by large tablespoonsful on a baking sheet and baked them at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes. Then, I left them in the oven for another 20 minutes. They were crisp on the outside, but still white, and not overly brown. You may want to play with this yourself to see how you like them best.

Baking is the most important part of the recipe. There are many ways to bake them (closed oven, open oven, dry near heat source etc) and the temperature is crucial. For all you people who want to cook this, try lowest temp possible - they turn brown/burn really fast. Sure it takes alot of time, but they're delicious. ;D
I didn't find this helpfull at all, sorry.

@Sajmonwins Yes, but the recipe doesn't even give an estimate on how long you should bake them. *facepalm*

You would think that a HOW TO video would atleast say the measurements. I guess some people can really screw up the easiest things. X_X

ermmm it would kinda help by telling us how long to cook them for instead of saying visit the recipie website wich you go onto and it sais bake as directed in recipie well you are the recipe you stupid white poo :L

These were very good !!! my 6 yr old even helped me . they were so easy to make, She gives a link highlighted in blue above for the measurments ect.
Dont shoot the messenger, But we loved them I am letting them dry out over night so they will be crispy, thet way I like them, And you can use half a teaspoon od lemon juice or half a tsp. of vinegar if there is no cream of tartar. hope that helps.
nice video, but it would kinda help if you told us the measurements for each ingrediant.....

Im wondering why she said "according to the recipe directions" when she is the one giving us the recipe.
Think it would be savvy just to say "until the meringues are crisp". less confusing.
And yes, why not give measurements (im thinking who ever ripped this must have recorded the last half)
