good job...you are realy good on foto shop...whant learn a things about fotoshop ...but many people realy good with fotoshop like you show us the chages on picture so fast .. i can learn anythings ...but thank you and continue with your good jod ,

white skin:
1) dublicate layer
2) put it in screen or overlay mode
3) adjustments - desaturate (shift+ctrl+u)
if you want to make skin white without changing color of the rest objects:
4) create layer mask and fill it with black color
5) using white, a bit soft brush drow on the skin.
u can also use gaussian blur on the layer mask if edges are too visible.
play with layer opacity to make skin less white.
