Deport him and make him stand trial for the act he was involved in, if he dies whilst being diported, then so be it! - age should not exempt someone from a crime they have comitted as The Jewish and others like myaself will never forget the suffering of so many. I have been to Auschwitz to pay my respects and think others should go too, to never forget.
