In the video Coach Greg Mihovich and his students at The Underground Gym (www.UndergroundGym.com) demonstrate the beauty and the power of one of the most fluent, complete and capable Combat Art on Earth: Muay Thai kickboxing. Muay Thai is an exiting vehicle for personal growth and self-discovery. Coach Greg & The Underground Gym offer a world-class level of instruction in Muay Thai, as well as a number of other disciplines, such as Submission Grappling, Judo and MMA. Essentially, we blend all Combat Disciplines and develop a complete style, maximally suited for individual abilities, strengths and weaknesses. Combat Specific Training is further enhanced and strengthened through parallel comprehensive Physical Training, along with always present Mental and Spiritual Development. Competition, awards and colorful belts are only a part of the bigger picture of continuous development for yourself and your personal goals, and not for some minor attributes and tools of Training.

  • I highly suggest muay thai for fitness. My BMI said i was obese but after two lessons, i could see a significant difference in my overall look. It's great excersise!

  • love the knee kicks.

  • I think muay thai would be great for women for self defense with the awesome knees to the head, to the balls elbows, I wish the sport would become mainstream in the us Id watch it

  • @w0h00 Seriously, do some research and get back to me.

  • @ehukai2003

    Are u fu cking retarded?

  • @w0h00 Muay Thai is not just kickboxing, it incorporates elbows and knees that kickboxing doesn't really allow. Put it this way: generally, Muay Thai's basics are much of the foundation of kickboxing. Add some karate/tae kwon do stuff, and you basically get kickboxing.

  • lol you think i havent been trained by serious guys? dw when i get my next plane ticket to the us im gona rock u

  • Ok just remember that I go to this gym and Greg has been my Muay Thai coach for over 3 yrs... Hope to see you soon.
