  • Wrong in so many ways. Proper ingredients are mint leaves, glass noodles, cold, steamed shrimp, thinly sliced, roasted pork, maybe bean sprouts, maybechopped peanuts. Dipping sauces include spicy fish sauce or a thick sweet, creamy, spicy peanut sauce. You could include sliced carrots for color but leave that scrambled egg in the fridge. BTW, that rice wrap is so refined that once it goes down your blood sugar will most likely spike, unless of course, your pancreas pumps out insulin perfectly.

  • Eww the eggs gotta go this is not Summer Roll its more like Breakfast Roll cuz u put eggs in in !¡! lol

  • Well the bean sprouts is okay it just gives it a little crunch but the egg has got to go. Usually its pork, shrimp, lettuce, cucumber, mint leaves and other leaves ( I don't the English name but its rau in Viet), vermicelli ( Noodles :3 for people that does not recognize it).

  • Without meat? No way! ;)

  • i'm vietnamese and i'll give her a pass since most non-vietnamese people tend to do it wrong but appreciate the effort for putting a video up. get rid of the eggs, bean sprouts, carrots and well change the whole recipe hehe. use either pork or shrimps for the protein, both if you like, use mint leaves instead of parsley, it has a cleaner and more aromatic taste, add lettuce, garlic chives if you want a little kick. its pretty simple. use a flat surface, its easier to roll.

  • @manzilla86 no you cannot put anything in. technically you can, but its not authentic because then there's a lack of balance. vietnamese food is about balancing of flavors. otherwise, you might as well just make tacos.

  • @ph0eix you forgot bean sprouts hehe.

  • You made those spring rolls wrong. & you weren't suppose to leave the rice paper in for that long. And you put the vegetables in hella messy. & i know that, cause i'm vietnamese.

  • @lmangan27 Or maybe you can ask the Vietnamese person who is making the freakin summer rolls right in front of you. You can put pretty much anything you want in it.

  • Can You Teach Me How To Make Winter Roll and I'll Teach you How To Dougie
