  • I love watching (and hearing) the young Bireli.

WOW -- only 15 and he could already do it all!

And he's one of those prodigies who actually made good on all that early promise,

He's only gotten better and better over time.

If you play guitar, and have never heard of this guy, GET TO KNOW HIM.

I"m sure he'll inspire you as he does me.

If only the guy on the mini-bass (is that a cello?) would get into it. ROFL

He makes Simon Planting look like a statue! I need some of what he's on.

  • One of the rare guitarist that can play fast solos that are not fast to be impressing, but because it's beautiful. Fast solos with a lot musical content almost only happen in Gipsy jazz.

    I love it!

  • I like it when he quoted Ornithology from 3:28-3:31

  • The reincarnation of Django?

  • @oldpython Well said !! ! Django Redivivus !!!!!!!!!

  • 32sec to 40 is insane......

  • You have to see the technical genius here. But I feel that is was useless to let it all go to improvisation. His impromptu ability at this age is staggering. This talent comes along rarely. I belive there were his best performances because here is a young child with the mind and technique of a master and the freedom of youth in his heart. How difficult it must be to always be on top. His greatness is measured by his long lived success and desire to perform today. True brillliance!

  • comme 2+2 =4!!!!!

  • Sans AUCUN doute!!!

  • Bireli t'es le meilleur!
