In his new Channel 4 series TV chef Gordon Ramsay embarks on a culinary journey around India, discovering the breadth and depth of cooking of the country. His new cookbook is packed with the best recipes from his travels, showing you how to cook authentic dishes that are bursting with flavour. Three-star chef Gordon Ramsay's favourite food is one that he shares with a lot of Britain - curry. But, until now, he's never been to India to see how the real thing is cooked. Accompanied by a Channel 4 film crew, Gordon takes the culinary trip of a lifetime to discover real Indian cuisine and share this collection of over 100 of his favourite Indian dishes. As you'd expect from a Michelin-starred chef, Gordon brings his eye for perfection and ability to judge flavours perfectly to his exploration of Indian food and shows us how to cook authentic, mouth-watering dishes from all over this huge and varied country. He visits Kerala deep in the South of India to bring us spicy, coconut-based curries and travels to colourful Rajasthan to learn about the creamy, flavourful dishes of the North. Along the way Gordon experiences the hugely different flavours and spices from the different regions and absorbs local cooking styles and traditions. Throughout his culinary journey, Gordon selects the best of the vast array of Indian spices, now readily available in British supermarkets. He shows us how to use these authentically to produce a beautifully flavoured Indian dish. Gordon Ramsay's Great Escape includes over 100 recipes in the following sections: Everyday, Entertaining, Quick Lunches and Healthy Dishes. Once Gordon shows you how easy it is to put together authentic Indian dishes, you'll never look back.

  • He doesn't swear here,I'm disappointed.

  • Why don't u say it like it is: He went there to steal recipes, copyright them and publish them in a book that he'll sell across the West. Not one penny to those poor Indian folks...

  • @TheCusterCat u again???? seriously? nothing better to do with ur life but watch his vids then shit all over them? here's a tip......WATCH SOMETHING ELSE IF HE IRKS U SO MUCH!.......fucking hater....

  • people should like indian food

  • @mrtokyofrank watch a few more of the vids with gordon talking about curries....they are all quite similiar but again all very different....butter chicken is the one that is most popular because it is very easy to eat and not too strong in spices and most important chillies....if you like spicy hot food stay the fuck away from Vindaloo curries and i mean authentic ones....it will seriously burn your ass off....but its so good :)

  • @TheCusterCat Yeah, that came through loud and clear in the documentary Boiling Point. But he's obviously a first-rate chef, even if he's a third-rate human being. I wouldn't want to work for him, but I'd eat anything he cooked.

  • such a shame he didn't goto my home state gujrat

  • Bullying: Treating other people like they are worthless

Example of a bully: Gordon (potty mouth) Ramsay

Ramsay is a professional bully. He’s a workplace psychopath, the bully boy knife sharpener. He is only interested in money, not cooking anymore. He is an adulterer and a sexist arsehole. He thinks that all other people are potato peelings, while he thinks that saffron and honey comes out of his butt. The adulterer has a mouth on him like a blocked prison cell toilet. He is a nasty bully.

  • @EclecticDiscus My guess is because Indian food sucks! Nobody is going to make that shit at home, and your local stores aren't going to carry the ingredients.

  • God he is so full of himself. He's still awesome though,
