Shouldn't have sacked them.. I know health and safety blah blah..even a suspension maybe but its cruel to fire them.Of course its well documented in papers that Bulmers are/were looking for reasons to lay staff off

Ah it is terrible to loose a job right now. Perhaps a good stiff talking to would have done the trick. We all can do something stupid at some stage of our lives. A bit harsh to sack them I think.

I need to point out that I'm not one of the guys involved. I just ripped it off the web and modified it. Don't want to cause these guys any more problems - it seems they got enough already!
