When talking about manga, people either refer to japanese comics (as "manga" doesn't refer to the style at all, it simply means "comic" in Japanese) or the style that an image is drawn with.
With pseudomanga, people usually refer to "manga styled" comics, that are drawn by non-japanese artists.
