http://systemablog.blog.com In this video we learn with the help of a partner to move comfortably within a partners movement. It is important to know that slow means more learning experience and while fast is also good from time to time , being uncomfortable in slow movement will teach you to avoid getting stiff and the same lack of awareness in fast movement will make you a stiff... Mind these principles: 1 Take support from nothing outside of yourself. Do not push the ground away from you. 2 keep breathing. 3 Avoid fixating your eyes, it is a lever on its own. 4 There is no need to complete a movement or a wave, Just do the work and be ready to change within every breath.
