it all began with Vanessa,if she didnt steal the letters Jenny would've got it and she would understand how nate feels about her.I don't understand why Nate said stuff like: she is your friend. Vanessa made the mistake first and lied to her friend, why wasn't she blamed?

Boys are stoooopid! and Nate's no exception, infact he's the prime example. So Jenny embarrasses a rival for his affections. Vanessa however steals HIS letter then invades HIS privacy by reading his innermost feelings that are meant for someone else, lies to her supposed friend etc basically dude you chose the wrong girl. I don't know why he ever had her on that pedestal, she was with the in crowd she walked out on school and then her job, lied to her family constantly. she was never perfect!

He found out, but it didn't matter. He ended up completely blaming Jenny for everything (Jenny took revenge on Vanessa by giving her a see through dress) and reunited with Vanessa. He yelled at Jenny and made her feel horrible. Jenny's never read the letter. They've barely had interaction until Season 3, Episode 9 when he escorts her at Cotillion.
