What that speech was actually talking about was people giving money to political campaigns and nobody knowning who gave the money and that privacy being a 1st Amend right. So in making sure that no one group can buy their way to an election, making the names of the people who donate the millions of dollars to PACs be able to be disclosed is not a bad thing....is it?

& are there 1st amendment limitations in the porn industry? If so, are they unconstitutional laws that limit those people's 1st amendment rights? Just because a law exists dos not make it a constitutional law. It may very well be a violation of the 1st amendment. I admit that I am not up on my porn industry laws though.

This man is a damn liar! U can't scream fire falsely in a crowded theater because that DEPRIVES the people in the theater of their liberty & right to life. That act would be an act to intentionally HARM or KILL others. That is NOT a limit on the 1st. Libel, again, is a specific act designed to HARM another & deprive them of their rights to liberty. Neither of those are limits on the 1st. They are crimes in that they purposely harm others & deny others their rights. This man is scary.

I have hated that Schumer guy way back when he sided on the side of the Waco people being killed. He loves seeing us slaves being killed. Don't stand up to the government, that makes you a terrorist. You must bow to them like slaves. We don't need guns, the government will protect you.
