I understand that. We need to have a media campagin program to re-educate people that they were not told the truth. The younger more internet savy under 40's already know, but the over 50's still think its of the devil, and is as bad as methanphetamines. A PR on TV campaign will be needed. Then we will have much healthier seniors. We will enter the CANNABIS INDUSTRIAL AGE, it will heal the economy and provide jobs and opportunities. We can make the shif from petrochemicals to hemp in 2012.

Very well said, take the money spent on the "War on Drugs," and shift it to health care and education. I was discussing cannabis healing the seniors to Senator Josh Green of Hawaii, and he said to me "The problem is that most of the recomendations for cannabis are for people under 25." We need to have a pr plan to reeducate Seniors as to the benefit of having cannabis in their diets. After all the United States Federal Government owns two patens on cannabis as neuralprotectants from Alzheimer

It messes with young people's minds because it's so strong. Politicians have to face the fact that at some point in a large majority of peoples' lives, we WILL try drugs - WAKE UP! Also, by giving people a criminal record at a young age we are restricting them from a chance at a normal life.. they start to view themselves in a bad light and think that's the path that is being created for them by this ignorance.

The problem is that because it is illegal it is being manufactured to get you as high as possible - with a larger content of THC... known mostly as Skunk, don't get me wrong it's good shit but if it were legalised and regulated then they would be able to manufacture it like they do in California - with a larger ratio of CBD (the stuff that inhibits Cancer cell growth) than you would find in your standard henry here in the UK.

The beginning of the end of the war on drugs will be when we call a truce on cannabis. Plenty of people will swear off alcohol, pharmaceuticals, and other deadly drugs if they had safe, legal access to quality cannabis. It is safe, pleasant, and popular, and should be legal.
