My College Gaming PC Setup

My Setup

-Gateway p-172s FX
-Tritton AXPC 5.1 headphones
-Microsoft Habu gaming mouse / powered by Razer
-Belkin Nostromo 52 Speedpad (tournament edition) / powered by Razer

i got all of this for around 2000 dollars. i got all but the gaming mouse pad from gateway's site. the Func 1030 Surface was only like 15 dollars from CrazyPC.com. gateway has the Razer Krait mouse on their site now

leave any comments if you want a better look at anything. ill be putting up my reviews later after i've had a chance to really use everything.

i'm going to college (WVU) and wanted a good portable gaming setup. so far this has been perfect.

You definatly could have got alot more for your money if you game. Of coarse for 2K you could have a quad core with sli or crossfire. but for 1500 you could have got a ASUS G73JW-XT1 with a gtx 460. or a ASUS G73JH-X3 with 5870 mobility, if you prefer ati. I just think for 2k you could have had a much more powerful setup

@4g63fourlife I agree but this was almost 3 years ago. I just bought a $500 laptop that actually has better specs in some areas than this one but 3 years ago, all this was brand new top of the line..
