They sued Activision, because their game release was delayed, because of Activision according to them. The game still isn't finished, while Activision has released DJ Hero 1 + DJ Hero 2 + DJ Hero 3D (for the Nintendo 3DS).

At least the platter moves. Very important when you want to scratch effectively. Some pro models don't do that. I might have to pick up one for my set up.

This is a way better designed controller than DJ Hero by a long shot. The game might not be up to par with the equipment to be honest. I'm stoked to use this as a MIDI controller to be honest.
