@elelulu: It is a Yoruba traditional song and this is a rough translation.
iwe kiko lai si oko ati ada = education without (preparation) an ax or machete (refering to a farmer without his tools to toil the land as not complete)
koi pe o = is incomplete
ise agbe = farming
ni ise ile wa = is the chief occupation of our land
eni ko sise = He that doesn't work
a ma jale : Is liable to steal
