"The Greatest Message of Hope" by Scott Valentine (used with permission)
From his website (check it out) www.scottvalentinepresents.com/ :
This song features the vision of my friend Daniel Quinn, award-winning author of "Ishmael" and other incredibly inspiring written works of genius, in his own words.
From Ishmael.org:
"The Greatest Message of Hope" is a new song written by Scott Valentine, featuring live excerpts from "The Ishmael Imperatives," a talk Daniel gave at Rice University's Hammond Hall in 1998. Scott participated in the seminar sessions with Daniel that took place during that summer and then spent many hours with Daniel in dialogue, much like that of the student in If They Give You Lined Paper, Write Sideways. He was always working to translate what he was learning into his own way of expressing the message in music and out of that time came another song of hope, "Save the World."
