It's south west area of Sri Lanka. Main point of this area is Hikkadua. There are over 10 surf points (where loco surfs) and there are also a lots of un-surfed breaks around the shore. It's a heavenly place to surf except about the terrorism ... I want to go visit there again soon too...

Going to Sri-Lanka in 10 days !!! What is the better place for surffing this time of the year Hikkaduwa, or Arugam bay?

Main season for Hikkaduwa is OCT-MAR. So I guess now is the best season to go there. I went there in april but still got these great waves...!!

wow! you surf very nice. I don't know if it's because you are women, but you surf with so much grace, not like most men who are aggresive in their surfing.

I am a beginner and I'm going to arugam bay for two months in june. can you give me any helpful tips?
