Haha, carbon foot print? The Prius has one of the worst CFP of all time, much worse then the Hummer, because of the nickle in all of those batteries.

If you cant afford to buy gas then you shouldnt own a car. You are living way over budget if it costs too much. A prius pollutes more than an H2. The battery pack will pollute the earth for 50 years when its trashed. The batteries internals come from the most polluted industrial site in the world. A nasty mine.
