Man Garrard is the third best Quaterback in the league rated by ESPN and to me he is THE BEST QB out there. He now leads the NFL with 3rd down passing- he's 3rd in passing- and Jacksonville is 2nd in the NATION in Rushing Yards (WOOT Fred Taylor and Mighty Mouse).
