@912jumper There are other simple cell phones that you can consider. Some of them do not have hidden charges and are free from negative feedback. One of which is the Just5 cell phone.

I was considering getting a jitterbug phone but I see so many complaints about them online. They charge your card all kind of fees and they have really lousy customer service. You have to read up on these people.
