people waiting to vote at the school on Bedford and Caton avenues.

Following the presidential election results a small crowd started celebrating at the corner of Ocean and Church Avenues in Brooklyn NY.

The crowd grew to probably a couple of thousand people. The Haitian band Dja Rara led the the march down to Avenue D and then up Flatbush avenue.

Officers of the NYPD blocked the traffic and let the spontaneous celebrations happen.

  • Hey Stef,,,@2:22~2:29 there r a girl & a boy dancing. That's called "Gailler Paille"; the dance is from Haiti. It also could be used in a sentence as an expression to demonstrate Happyness,careless etc,,,depends how it is used in a sentence:could have positive or negative meaning...
