sword: daedric katana (mod) with added effects

spell: drain health 100 + lighting 25 all in 10 feet

not flying: just have low encumbrance and high acrobatics/ athletics from equipment bonuses (about 120 each)

Its cause when you are under attack, they think the guy is trying to help them and if you kill him while your being chased by guards, it counts as murder

if you use bows and target spells/staffs your kinda obligated to use first person so you actually hit youre target, but im a knight so i use third person since it gives a good view of the fight
