The Yellow Flash is more like Kid-Flash from Young Justice League.

And I know i'm correct, he's exactly the same only a yellow suit with a red lightening bolt on the chest!

actually, The Flash was a kinda Justice lord if you saw the JLU episode "Divided we fall" Braniac/Luthor created Justice Lord clones and one was a Justice lord flash
