Corporate profits are imploding. US companies are leaving the US in droves. More thuggish corrupt unions? Nice idea. Get a clue... there are 1 billion chinese willing to work at 1/10th your salary.And companies there don't deal with obnoxious unions. The EFCA allows for a blatant contradiction--a double standard, one for business executives and another for workers. By passing this act, the "level playing field" would be completely destroyed.

The "employee free choice act" makes union votes public (instead of private) so that Vinny and his friends can come over your house and suggest for the health of you and your family that you re-consider your vote against the union.
