They secretly have people dressed in black behind them moving stuff around and 'their' legs that move aren't actually theirs. The bottom half of the costumes are separate and being controlled by dancers, the band are actually in black from the waist down, so they just move around normally and we have the illusion of them floating from the dancers & costumes.

tuve la fortuna de ver la transmsion en vivo de este evento y la actuacion de los siccsor sister fue una de las mejores, de momento no entedi como funcionaban los efectos, es impresionante como lohacen sin trucos de camara ni ediciones de video,
