This brings back memories !

I was a 15 year old when I first heard this song at an R.A.F. base in Germany around 1972 `ish.

Ah! what fun we used to have, - I even got arrested for spying once.

But then I was very, very drunk.

Me finding a band called Harpo on Youtube (HarpoRocks will make it easier to find), blew me away - used to see them in '83 They were killer, the originals were good, covers were on point. The vids don't do them justice, of course -- they rocked out and the guy could sing.

what a great vid of hard rock gods in their embryonic form.... mick bolton (of atomic rooster) on guitar... pre schenker, but a great guitar band even then.... damn they were young.... i used to have the 3 pre schenker albums, i think they were japanese imports, the first album, flying and live.....

@ijonus You're right, the band changed direction completely after Bolton left, they lost their psychedelic edge and eventually became arena rock kind of poser music

The guy playing the goldtop Les Paul looks just like Gary Rossington from Lynyrd Skynyrd. I know it's not him, but the resemblence is uncanny in this video.
