@awrightm100 Well if People who say that Jerry Falwell got rich off of religion are phonies..... Then what does that make people who believed AID's were the result of God's wraith? If I had the opportunity to pay somebody to talk to Jerry Falwell I would have, then I would have asked him if God had a plan for poverty and when he aswered I would have asked for my money back. And dont get it twisted I dont disrespect the man, Jerry Falwell but I am critical of what he said when he had importance.

People who say that Jerry Falwell got rich off of religion are phonies themselves. They don't know what they're talking about. I met Falwell, went by his home. He is one of the greatest people that I have ever met.

Jerry Falwell was an arrogant person and a poor Christian role model. He was too critical and very judgmental. Sorry to speak about a man who died like this, but sadly, it's the truth.

I'm not fooled for a second by his jolly good nature and teddy bear face. he was a populist and a phony. anyone who gets rich off of religion deserves none of my respect.
None of his followers will ever amount to anything (anything remotely intellectual that is). Thank the gods we have legal and safe abortion in the US.
