Quick question:

If you want to say "I'm sorry, I don't understand you. Please hold" (like in a phone call)

It would be something like "Dui bu qi, Wo bu dong. Qing shao deng" ??

I work in a costumer center sometimes I get people who speaks mandarin and I would like to learn how to ask them to wait while I transfer their call to someone who speaks chinese.
