The composer is Mike Patton. It's from his second solo album called "Pranzo Oltranzista, but I forget which track this is. Another composer named John Zorn plays on this, and is a huge influence on him. Patton was the lead vocalist for Faith No More and Mr. Bungle. Hes now fronting Fantomas and Peeping Tom. Hes also a huge Lynch fan.
