http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2008/10/04/you-can-make-th... Natural health physician and Mercola.com founder Dr. Joseph Mercola shares a video of Luci Lock who shows you how to quickly and simply make raw kefir from fresh, organic, grass-fed milk.
I've tried that brand, and sound it tasting more like buttermilk, then I ordered kefir grains to try them, yummy difference. I love what the grains product, and you don't have to keep buying the pkg stuff. Your grains will grow and then you can share them with a friend. Plus no heating with grains, just add milk and wait 24 hours, drain and keep the grains and start again.
