Duck Tales 2 - Niagara Falls

Please read this: This is not a speedrun, but rather a playthrough, where I only play the level through.

Well, I suddenly decided to do a small "playthrough" of Duck Tales 2 for the NES. It was one on my most played list in my childhood. So, this is the first level of the game, including as much treasure I could get.

Such a good game. Although I seem to remember accidentally leaving the level when I spoke to the pilot at least once. -_-;

I find the "checkpoints" where Launchpad asks you to leave the stage kinda annoying, I've never wanted to leave a level in the game. I'd prefer if Launchpad just said something like "Hey Scrooge! If you lose a life in the level, I can let you continue from this point."

well if you have a 7 in the ten thousand digit example 170,000 it will take you to bonous stage

I tried that, but the only difference I noticed when you get a 7 on the ten thousand digit is that the store sells a treasure map piece.

The music is in this level is really great. Too bad this game was so obscure and overlooked, having come out so late in the NES' life. Everyone was well into the 16-Bit consoles by that point.

I remember this level, its the only level that takes place in the US-Canada Border. Also I find ironic that the boss is a duck on fire in a water themed level. Good times playing DuckTales 2. Capcom should of made a DuckTales 3
