@mizofan I didn't even see it till they did the slow motion. I was like why did he fall off a weak punch that he blocked, but in slow motion you see that Ali snaked his punch over Liston's arm and nailed him with some power. Ali could put tremendous power in his punch at the last instant with little distance, I seen him hit Foreman with that same ability. However Liston was out of his element and obviously underconditioned for the fight I seriously doubt he trained a single day b4

Ali was great for standing up for what he believed in. he refused to go around hte world to kill other poor people for a nation that oppressed (and oppresses) their own people. as a fighter, he was definitely one of the greatest, better than Joe Louis or Rocky Marciano? debatable. in other weights, sugar ray robinson could be considered greater. but this fight? very hard to believe that Liston didnt take a dive.
