  • i think grip is a personal choice, its not "wrong" to say, and it doesnt work biceps, changing your hand position from pronated to supinated will not change your upper arm primary movers so dramatically

  • grip is way to close,

    has to be more spread for a proper full definition rep.

    and it works out the biceps instead of triceps,

    still works out pecs.

  • grip is way to narrow

  • so,it works more the tricep or the pecs since its like the close grip b.press but reverse?
