i think grip is a personal choice, its not "wrong" to say, and it doesnt work biceps, changing your hand position from pronated to supinated will not change your upper arm primary movers so dramatically

grip is way to close,
has to be more spread for a proper full definition rep.
and it works out the biceps instead of triceps,
still works out pecs.
