I notice Sam Harris at 1:20 stating that independent and collective well-being are interdependent. I watch many of the most popular atheist YTr's, and see this attitude often. It is frustrating to me that as proponents of rational thought, that they can't see that theocracy and socialism lead to the same end when carried to their logical extremes.

Christianity does't force, it mearly asks; a Christian gives by choice. This is the difference from Marxist dogma.
For he who does not work, neither shall he eat.

@iTROLL9000 not all, but the majority of whites are altruistic. its why society is what it has become
-
why dont you use a clip of nelson mendella chanting anti-white communist speeches to his parasitic animal masses, instead of using a hero like hitler speaking to the healthy, good natured white boys? it is in the aryans nature to be altruistic, this why parasitic races flourish in white societies. surely, even to the creator of this channel, i am sure it angers him to see a communist monkey in the "white" house, grunting policy, and ruling over his life

and the officer said, but did he say you could have THAT cigarette, and the soldier said no. so the officer took him out and shot him in the head. if that's not anti-communism, i don't know what is. and hitler never committed suicide, that is allied propaganda

sum1 told me a story about nazi soldiers. they had to keep their wall lockers unlocked, and one time an officer came into the barracks and a caught another soldier looting through another soldiers locker, while the other soldier was outside training. and the officer asked that man if those were his cigarettes, and the soldier replied no they are my friend's but we share everything..

@Niven42 it's the difference between dependence and interdependence. working together by free choice is quite a different thing from being obliged or forced to.

Altruism is the egoism of the weak!
-
There are multiple ways to interpret what Sam Harris said there. It's a bit vague.
-
how could anyone take ayn rand serious and why nobody understand that the conclusion of Objectivism is rational atheism???
-
@Niven42 Utilizing teamwork isnt the essence of Altruism. An egoist can take part in a team and divide up labor in a rational manner, with each earning their respective share of what they have accomplished. What Altruism requires is to take part in a "team", and give up your right to everything you have earned to the rest of the team. The looters quite simply never ask you to join their team, they just take everything that you earn. They value your body on their team, but not your mind.
hey can you make ep 2, 8, 12 embeddable?

@Gu3rr1lla I'd like to, but though no one has complained, those three have "matched third party content-"- YT prohibits sharing when their software flags something, though I can keep it up. If I can ever find out which clip set off the software, I will remove and replace it. In the meantime those three will be limited. Thx.
