@katherinegonzales82 This is from the website for 'little house on a trailer'; the designer has many others on that site. I believe this house is 12 feet wide by perhaps 16 long (?) Beautifully designed, just right amount of space for one or two people who are either quiet, or gone during the day at work.

This little house is charming. What are the outside dimensions, please? How did you design this, or did you buy plans? I'm looking to design a small house myself, but I've got a lot to learn, still. This is very inspiring!

The problem with most of these tiny homes is they are not complete. Its like a whimsical take on what a house should be. You can tell something is wrong but you cant put your finger on it until you think ah there it is. There is a reason for full size appliances,sinks,showers,ect... and the ability to relax in a simple way. Its hard to take them seriously. The skill of the designer has to go up if the space goes down. This movement to smaller dwelling, i think will see its hay day in the future.
