this shampoo did not help me. .i start having dandruff when I was 13 old, now i am 25...i try so many products...i spent allot of money visiting dermatologist they did not help me too. So one day my friend brought for me from Russia shampoo "Freederm zinc"(for dry type dandruff dry hair) and 'сульсен форте" its look like toothpaste. My dandruff was gone in 3 weeks!!!!!

Man...I washed my hair you should see the dandruff that comes out I use selsun blue but i mean it helps get the dandruff out by its not permernant still comes back...:|

@cmisita I dont know a lot about down syndrome, but you can google it and see if being nasty to other people is part of down syndrome and make sure you visit a doctor to make sure you okey!
