From KETC, Living St. Louis Producer Jim Kirchherr looks back at the area between Union Station and Grand which used to be known as the Mill Creek neighborhood. After World War II, people moved out of the urban city to the suburbs and bulldozers demolished many buildings in the area—leaving Mill Creek deserted.
