If he was conscious enough to move his arms he probebly wouldn't need an ET. Plus removing the collar would not cause paralysis if the neck wasn't moved, that is the whole point of manual c-spine, either way death from not breathing is worse than the chance of paralysis, whatever the episode shows, doc made the right call.
Thanks again LT for puting these up, I hated to see this show end.

thank you Lt....I own the first two seasons but cannot watch the rest of the seasons of this great show without your work! Doesnt matter if its a squished screen, better than not being to watch the rest of the seasons at all! Great job!
