SUPERBOY Season 2 Premiere Episode Two Parter - Gerard Christopher joins the cast of Superboy in this episode as the teen of steel, alongside a new Lex Luthor played by Sherman Howard who replaced Scott James Wells from Season One. T. J.
White was also replaced by a new character named Andy McAlister played by Ilan Mitchell-Smith and Stacy Haiduk returns as the beautiful Lana Lang.
In this episode Luthor has aged himself and has assumed the identity of Warren Eckworth who has created the deadly Superboy cannon in which Luthor has his own plans of destroying the real Superboy with it and making Lana his forced bride. This was when Superboy changed, with a new cast (except for Lana Lang) and a new emphasis in the stories. A definite must whenever Warner Bros decides to release it. Season 1 was good in parts too, but it was almost like watching another series.
