@SuperThErEdDeViL Try any film from the Razzies festival, or some from the Oscars; you might find a more suitable film for you. Clearly, Cannes isn't for you.

If some people felt bad because this film won the Palm d' Or, beat it, stop moaning and better luck next 2011. Congratulations to Apichatpong.
If you are still bothered why some people like this film and its recognition, turn somewhere else, Cannes is not for you. Try the Razzies instead...

This is a very thought provoking film about the fleeting value of possessions and lasting value of love.

@dodotong Actually in the film they correct the nephew when he refers to the language as Isaan, telling him it is Lao. Isaan dialect is very similar to Lao, but not all Isaan people can speak pure Lao.

Its a thai movie and i was thinking the language they are going to speak is thai but theyre speaking Lao. Either way i still want to watch this movie. I mean it won a prize at the Cannes and beat out 19 other films.
