  • Didnt do anything against my team Mesa KINGS all day

  • Yes the Mesa Kings...so you tied The Raiders 6-6 in the final regular season game and I guess that was your championship seeing as you were destroyed in the first round of the playoffs the next week by the Sabercats a team that the Raiders KILLED in the 2nd round. You should feel very proud!

  • When I said I guess that was your championship its because the Kings and there fans were all jumping up and down because you tied the Raiders. Really pathetic but if that is your standard than it is what it is.

  • Are you Second String runningback/wide receiver

  • He was starting QB this season not because he wanted to be but because that was the position his coach ask him to play. Could he have started at RB or WR? I would say that as talented as his team was yes but it is a team sport. He did play some RB check out his highlights #31 Kevin Walters Jr.

  • My son is 8 years old, he played football last year for the first time and suprisingly did very well. He want's to get better. Is he too young to do a program like this? If he is not what should he start out with? What type of program if any? I brought him an agility ladder but we havent used it yet. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Key's Mom

  • I think the younger the better. It will help establish good/ hard work ethics for later when it counts. The simplest approach is to modify and adapt to your son. Make it fun so its not a chore and switch it up again to keep it fun. Check out my other videos for additional exercises.

  • @peanut2343 At that age agility work will benefit him tremedously. Stay away from plyometrics until he has the muscularity to support such work. At age 13 or when testosterone production begins (puberty) is the time to begin basic weigh training and low-level plyos. I agree completely about teaching agility and flexilbilty and most importantly, good solid football fundementals. Keep the hard work interesting and the results will add to the kids desire to keep a strong work ethic. Good luck!

  • Nice foot work.

  • good form for your age group , good solid plants on your down steps , one suggestion as you get older and into High school is tighten up your core area and breathe with every step. it builds a stronger midsection as well as stabilizes your frame. except for stretches like the A-Skips and such were a little swagger is needed, overall very good techniques, look forward to seeing your high school highlight videos. -Coach L

  • keep it up youngster

  • wow little kid doing A-skips and C-skips

I didn't learn to do this stuff until I went to college
