Invasive autoformatting, the downfall of Libre Office (numbers turned into dates, then lost forever). My hope would be an Edit -> Paste Special which has an option "Don't autoformat my data in any way."

This series is excellent. Frugal Computer Guy has broken what can be a tedious subject into small enough pieces so you can watch a video two or three times, go back to test if you have understood it using Lieber Office Calc and to go on to the next one. I've tried other methods of learning to use a spreadsheet program and this is the one that worked for me.
I hope a series on data is being planned.
