A woman just pulled 260 pounds? You're incredible. I'm a 20 year old male, 5'11, 230 pounds, and I just did 260 pounds on my first ever deadlift (struggled a bit more though).
What's your height and weight? How much did you pull your first time?

@1JayCutlerFan1 Dude, this is my wife. Don't you know you never ask a woman how much they weigh!!!! Her first ever pull in a contest was 214, she was 154 at that time.

I think Noah was in shock to see mommy pull that much!!!!!! Now, he knows he and his brother better respect their mom, just as much as their dad!!!! Thanks for the support! We'll let everyone know how it goes.

Thank you Matt!!!!! Dyan will be competing this weekend at the USAPL PA State BP/DL meet. We added the Eleiko Bumpers and Eleiko bar after the Arnold. Today, we just added Heavy Dumbells up to 135's!!!!
