Actually Vincent... She's almost 4. Still laying 1 or 2 a week!!! They are all pets for us, so I don't think I could keep her down. I'd be running for the porcelain bus, just thinking about it. (Hey by the way)

I suspect you are selling eggs to friends, maybe not for money, but perhaps for friendship itself. According to HR 14355.56 you can only give eggs to strangers and not become friends with them. I must report you to my closest youth officer. (Hey Carlstens/hey Msamour too)

Wonder if there's any value to the notion of either boiling and pickling your eggs, or even dehydrating and powdering them? I can't abide the notion of wasted food. ='[.]'=

Eggs CAN be frozen (scrambled raw)--- > For later use in baking etc.
