This is from the E3 2003 presentation by Valve. I can tell what some of it is. It's a mix from a map from the Highway 17 chapter and the sdk_vehicles map you can view in Hammer Editor.

I just hope they remove the rain in the Terminal.

The citadel I believe was somewhat complete and some maps were actually ported to the retail version of the game(though they had no AI or map transitions I think).

The GabeN terminal is boasted as incredibly awesome and whatnot, but I don't really know about it.
