You are an inspiration. I'm looking at the same type of surgery on my cervical spine at two levels and I am terrified. I've had three lumbar spine surgeries with fusions but that happened when I was 12 years old. I'm not so fearless at 52. All of my conservative treatments have failed but I'm trying to put the surgery off as long as I can.
Thanks for posting this video. I'm about a month away from having the same surgery and I'm really nervous. I have a 7 mm herniation and the doctor said first that I could just live with it and then for some reason changed his mind and said that I should have the surgery ,so I'm confused. The pain has started to ease after a year of therapy and injections, but it's still there. If you had to do it again would you? Any advice?
My husband is probably going to have ADR at Stenum using the Maverick M6 disc. How is your ADR working for you? Do you recommend Stenum? I hope your Cervical Fusion is healing well. My husband had his C6/7 fused in 2000 and hasn't have any problems with it. Thanks for any info you want to share!

Wow! You have really been through it with spinal surgeries. I noticed your disc replacement videos are gone. I hope you are doing well. :-)
