ive read before that you should treat your abs just like anyother muscle.
using a 8-16 rep range to have greater results
what are your thoughts on this?

Thank you Dr. Perry , A quick question about your laser treatment, can it be combined with EFT? emotional freedom technique?EFT and or TFT usually involves tapping, I was wondering if the low level lasers can be used to stimulate the meridians in a similar way?

Also about twice a week i'll get huge cravings. Any suggestions for taking care of these annoying hunger pains.

Right now I'm just trying to get in better shape. I use to be in great shape back when I lived in the city and played sports almost all day. But the city life and the wrong people got me into some trouble and I had to relocate to a country place. I gained weight and fast from being bored constantly. I'm happy to see I still got a lot of my strength still but I have a lot of fat as well. Most people tell me to walk or run for a half hour and it should help but this get repetitive. Any suggestions
Yes it can. Laers can be used for meridian stimulation and all types of acupuncture. However, my laser is not low level also knon as cold laser. Mine is high power heat laser. Much stronger theapy laser and I do use it for all my soft tissue and meridian therapy. You can use a laser as low as 50mw for acupuncture. I recommend a 500mw laaser for the EFT...any brand ill do.

Glad to see it is making a difference for you. When eat for 'purpose' on hormone control the results are incredible. Timing of nutrient intake and giving your body what it needs to recover are the secrets to body transformation. Calories are not the answer. Yes you need to eat healthy and not 'junk food' (except after training) but you must eat like an athlete to build a better body. Lots of people eat healthy and look like crap! Eat for changing body compositioin...that is eating for 'purpose.'

It almost pains me to see how little people view your vids. They are very helpful. I've been using them for a few days now and I must say I feel so much better and not to mention different then before. I can move more freely and less stiff in my joints and such. I don't see abs yet but I can diffently feel them. Thanks a lot man.

Thanks for the compliment. If I can help just one person these videos are worth making and hopefully more people will start watching. Training hard is 'easy' to do, but training smart is an entirely different thing. As for seeing abs, that is all about nutrition! No amount of ab training will make them pop out if they are covered with a layer of fat. Develop them first and then unveil them with nutrition. Nutrition is the secret when sculpting a body. You must eat for 'purpose'.
