385 LBS + 160 BAND TENSION GIVING ME A TOTAL OF 545 AT LOCK OUT. THIS IS AN IMPROVISED WAY OF DOING SPEED PULLS WITH BANDS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PLATFORM. IT WORKS GREAT AND I GET APPROX. 160-170 LBS OF BAND TENSION ON TOP.
What's your split routine do you do lower body upper body or a squat, bench an deadlift day? What would you recommend on an ex bodybuilder/beginning powerlifter?
ok wait so how do you tie them to each side (ie front and rear...) are those chokes? I'm confused. I dont have access to a platform and need to use bands... could you explain how to tie them?
