So as its been misunderstood, it is impossible to know if African's could have anorexia as they do not have a surplus of food.
HOWEVER; if they did have a surplus of food (or emigrate to a country with a surplus) they have the potential to develop (and do) anorexia.

Anorexia is a mental disorder and can affect anyone, no matter their colour, race or gender.

how would you know they dont have anorexia? they dont have the choice to starve or not, cause they dont have food ( for the african suffering of poverty) so you cant tell if its a choice or not to actually starve.
